1. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The shipping fee varies depending on the size or weight of the package and how many items you purchase. You can see an estimate by adding items to your cart, going to checkout, entering your email address, and shipping address. The checkout page will show you the exact shipping fee. The actual fee charged is based on where youre shipping to as well as what size and weight the package is.

2. WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

We offer shipping to over 190 countries, including India.

 

3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?

The time it takes for you to receive your order varies depending on where you live. You can refer to the standard shipping time below:

– Handle time: 2-3 business days.

– Shipping time for Viet Nam: 2-6 business days.

– Shipping time for USA: 3-9 business days.

– Shipping time for international: 11-26 business days.

4. CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We also ship internationally, but our app only accepts international shipping on a single order of items.

 

5. DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We cannot ship to military APO/FPO addresses.

 

6. WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

All fees, customs and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. For more details, visit your local customs office.

 

7. THE WRONG ADDRESS, LOST ORDERS

If you would like to change your order, please contact us via support@ottafrique.org within 24 hours. After this timeframe has passed, we will not be able to make any changes to the order. You may contact the regional post office directly to see if they can redirect your package to an alternate address. If you are unable to reach them, please contact customer support. Please be cautious when entering your information in the checkout process. Check your shipping address, phone number, and email carefully to avoid errors or delays with your order.

 

We realize that sometimes your order might not arrive within 45 days of order placement and our customer care department will be happy to process the request for you. As a friendly reminder, all shipping times are calculated in business days and do not include the weekends. Please see the shipping chart for the different time frames. If a claim is filed after 60 business days of the initial order date it will be rejected. We know how important customer service is to you and were here to help!
